Before starting a project, we need to make sure we are on the same page so there aren't misunderstandings and to protect against fraud, so please take some time to read through these terms! Thank you.This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork ("Work"). By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:
Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.
Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.
Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, and may take up to 6 months depending on each project.
Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
You will be given the chance to ask for adjustments after the sketch is done, and twice again after the flat and shaded colors are placed.
Once receiving your live2D model, you have a week long grace period to test your model and get back to me with any (minor) needed adjustments or fixes.
Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist and except for circumstances due to the Artist, such as family emergency, computer breakdown, etc. spanning over 1 month.
Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.

Payment plans?
payment plans are client chosen! you provide an amount per timeframe basis so i can properly invoice you; and i work on the commission alongside you so neither side is rushed.
(example: five $100 payments per week.)
what is required for rig-only commissions?
you will need to provide a ready-to rig, pre-cut PSD of your model art that meets basic Live2D standards. i can do minor fixes, but i will not cut your artwork for you unless you pay full price.
what is required for Live2D refreshers?
you will need to provide your previously done rig, including the .cmo3 and .moc3 files, otherwise i cannot open up your rig. i cannot work on vtube studio files alone! you also need to have permission from your previous live2D model artist and rigger (if it is not you!)
turnaround time?
dependent on commission type and current queue! smaller scale commissions will take a few weeks to a month (AFTER STARTING), and larger scale commissions may take multiple months! payment plans will also mean you do not receive a completed product until it is fully paid off,
updates?
upon STARTING your commission (not payment, when you receive the "Cypurrpunk has started your commssion" email), you will be receiving frequent updates every few days unless: SKEB type commission, there hasn't been a payment in a while, commission is on pause etc.
can you do...
i can work with most designs! any gender, shape, size, color, species, and NSFW requests for 18+ clients. I WILL NOT accept loli / shota / cub designs, designs using AI references, designs including hateful or bigoted imagery, etc.
are your comms FCFS?
typically, yes! i don't often decline commissions unless the request is out of my range or not properly filled out. that being said, my slots remain open indefinitely and are almost always full. wait times may vary, please check out my QUEUE before commissioning me!
